Shannah started dancing at the age of 6 in Ballroom, Latin, Classical Sequence and Disco.  After many years of taking medal exams, she discovered the wonderful world of competitive dancing whilst studying economics at the University of York.

She competed at Amateur Championship level in ballroom on a national and international level in the 1990s, eventually winning the Welsh National Championships and earning a place to represent Wales in the World & European Championships.

Shannah turned professional in 2000 and now enjoys helping her pupils (from age 6 to 96) progress and fulfil their potential.  In addition to Ballroom, Latin and Sequence, she is also highly qualified in Argentine Tango and currently studying for Swing Dance qualifications.

She is a Member of the UKA and GPTD & is CRB checked.

Phil has worked all over the world and enjoyed dancing as he travelled, from Viennese Waltz in Vienna to Line dancing in Canada.

He started learning Ballroom & Latin in 2009 and within a couple of years won the Medallist Classical Sequence Competition at Blackpool.  He has now taken his professional exams and is a member of the UKA and also a qualified First Aider.
